We collect your email address and display name when you create an account via Google Sign-In or email/password. We store your token balance and video generation history in Firestore. We do not collect payment card details — payments are processed directly by Stripe.
Your data is used solely to operate AutoShortForm: authenticating your account, tracking your token balance, rendering your videos, and fulfilling Stripe purchases. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law or to fulfill the service (OpenAI for AI processing, Firebase for storage, Stripe for payments).
Generated videos and the scripts you provide are processed by OpenAI's APIs (TTS and Whisper) and stored temporarily in Firebase Storage. Videos are publicly accessible via their storage URL. Do not include sensitive personal information in video scripts.
MCP API keys are stored only as SHA-256 hashes — we cannot recover your plaintext key. Keep your key secure; revoke it from your profile if you suspect compromise.
We use Firebase Authentication session cookies. We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising cookies.
Your account data is retained until you request deletion. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at our contact page.
