By creating an account or using AutoShortForm, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
AutoShortForm provides an AI-powered platform for generating short-form vertical videos. The service uses OpenAI APIs for script generation and text-to-speech, and Firebase for storage. Videos are rendered server-side and made available for download as MP4 files.
Videos are generated using tokens. New accounts receive 3 free tokens. Additional tokens are purchased in packs via Stripe. Tokens are non-refundable except in cases of service malfunction attributable to AutoShortForm. Failed renders due to infrastructure issues will automatically receive a token refund.
You agree not to use AutoShortForm to generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or infringing on any third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of any original content you provide as input. AutoShortForm retains rights to the platform, preset assets, and generated infrastructure. AI-generated scripts and videos are provided for your personal and commercial use subject to applicable AI platform policies.
AutoShortForm is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
